International Leadership Essentials (ILE) is a leadership development organization dedicated to building leaders of integrity and excellence. Founded by Dr. Joshua Milanzi, a seasoned leader, author, and international speaker, ILE aims to create a global community of change-makers. Dr. Milanzi is the Senior Pastor of Showers of Blessings Church in Blantyre, Malawi, and holds advanced qualifications in Theology, Leadership, and Management from institutions in Ghana, Kenya, and Canada. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a Christ-centered approach to leadership development.

JOSHUA MILANZI (PhD) Executive Director.

Dr Joshua Milanzi Is a senior Pastor of Showers of Blessings Church in Blantyre, Malawi. He is the Author, Teacher of the word, Entrepreneur and Renowned Leader and International speaker. He is a graduate of Co- Workers School of Ministry, a Theological University in Ghana, an affiliate for Association of African Bible Colleges. He graduated with a doctorate in Theology and Biblical studies.
